Common Question
Does every injection or pad well need a separate hydraulic-fracture notification?
Archive Findings
The FAQ said DFIT notification was not required where injection volumes were small.
For continuous pad fracturing, multiple UWIs could be listed on one notification, while demobilization and later remobilization required re-notification.

Engineering Insight
Use a notification checklist tied to the actual operation: DFIT, pad continuity, pressure-test timing, and whether the frac fleet demobilized.
Current Guidance
Current Directive 083 and the current AER notification process should be checked before filing any hydraulic-fracturing notice.
