Historical records indicate that if a site was previously conserving, approval to discontinue solution gas conservation was required regardless of volume.

Check conservation history before giving a flaring answer. If the gas was previously conserved, prepare a discontinue-conservation request instead of relying only on the 900 m3/d threshold.
Current Guidance
Current Directive 060 requires an AER request to discontinue conservation once conservation has been implemented, including where produced volumes have dropped below 900 m3/d.
