What makes a new oilfield waste management application complete?

The 2015 checklist required more than a short project description. It asked for the activity type, site-specific information, plot plan, process flow diagram, waste streams, storage equipment, spacing/storage compliance, H2S handling, public consultation, financial security, and runoff controls.
The checklist also warned that AER may ask for additional information during review.

Build the filing like a facility package. Make the process, equipment, waste streams, containment, and operating controls clear enough that AER does not have to infer how the waste will move through the site.
