The reactivation screen will display the information required to complete the submission. Depending on the well and its risk classification, operators may be required to enter pressure test information for the wellhead, casing, and tubing. Before submitting the application, carefully review all entered information to ensure it is complete and accurate. Use the Validate function to identify any missing information or data issues. Once validation is successful, save the application and submit it through OneStop.
